Cash Balance vs Withdrawable Balance
Two balance figures can describe different account states. Check the live labels, history and current terms before making a withdrawal decision.
Cash or total balance
The amount displayed as a total account balance may combine funds with different conditions. The label alone does not prove that every rupee can be withdrawn immediately.
Withdrawable balance
This normally represents the amount the current interface allows a user to request at that moment. The calculation can depend on live account rules, completed activity, adjustments or unsettled transactions.
Pending withdrawal
A submitted request may reduce an available amount before the destination wallet receives funds. Check the request history instead of assuming the difference has disappeared.
Bonus or promotional amount
A promotional credit may have separate conditions. Read the current terms shown inside the verified platform and do not rely on a private message that promises to unlock it for a fee.
Before contacting support
Record both balances, the time, any pending request and the transaction reference. Do not share a password, OTP or wallet PIN, and do not send a private payment to change a balance.
